Guaranty Title, Inc. (formerly known as Guaranty Title and Abstract Company beginning in 1902) was incorporated in 1978. Guaranty Title was originally owned by the Wetherell family and was purchased by one of their trusted employees, Sheryl Reyment in 2010.
Guaranty Title has the oldest abstract records plant in Elmore County dating back to 1890. Our dedicated staff has over 60 years of experience in the Title Insurance, Escrow Closing and Long Term Escrow Collection services. We proudly serve Mountain Home, Glenns Ferry, Hammett, Featherville, Pine, Prairie, King Hill, Mayfield and Atlanta and surrounding areas.
We partner closely with many other title companies so we are able to coordinate a smooth escrow closing transaction for property owned outside of Elmore County as well.
